Large kitchen/diner (30 sqm), kitchen fully equipped incl. dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, electrical cook top, oven, and fan extractor. 3 bedrooms with 2 double and one french bed, 1 bathroom and equipped with a glass shower, WC, hand basin, washing machine, dryer, roof terrace 80 sqm with view to the sea, garden beautifully laid out with a variety of trees, shrubs and flowers, and seating possibilities, SAT-TV available with all ASTRA programmes. Also CD & DVD equipment, all windows & doors are double-glazed thermo, fly screens are openable and all windows and doors have adjustable shutters.
