Description of objectThe four chalets were built to make the most of the exceptional setting overlooking the countryside and is somewhere you are able to have splendid holiday. All the houses are facing south to make the most of the sun in a park full of shrubs and trees. Each house is totally independent and there is a children play area in a quiet shady part of the park. Built in 2005, these single storey houses have an area of approximately 50 m2 with a covered terrace approx 20 m2 and has completely new equipment, with the exception of a few antique furnishings All the bungalows have been built in a traditional way, with exposed solid beams. The furniture and fittings are of high quality. There is a constant supply of hot water, all the mattresses are in latex, and there is a large kitchen with solid wood units. We have 2 swimming pools (each 4 m x 8.5 m) that are heated from May 15th to 15th of September (minimum of 26°C). Location of objectLocationNearest airport: Bergerac at 60 kilometres Nearest motorway: Souillac at 45 kilometres Nearest railway station: Belves at 6 kilometres Car: Recommended The city of Sarlat is about 30 km away and the medieval city of Belvès is located about 6 km away. Both are great locations for rest and relaxation. There are many castles (like the castle of Josephine Baker in "Les Milandes"), cities, caves like the cave of Lascaux and a lot of other attractions in the near surroundings. Or you can spend a day in Dordogne, enjoy the nature while having a glass of wine at a snack bar. If you would like, you can go canoeing or swimming in the streams. Separate WC. Living room : TV, satellite or cable, radio, stereo system, CD, audio tape player. Private park with pool, playground, picnic spot, child's swing, sand pit, slide, garden, terrace, barbecue, parking, 6 garden chairs, 2 beach chairs. We have 2 swimming pools (each 4 m x 8.5 m) heated from May 15th to September 15th (minimum of 26°C). Shared pool if you rent one house, private pool if you rent two houses or more.
