Description of objectLots of outside space, with a terrace to the front and back of the property on the ground floor, as well as a balcony for each bedroom.Spacious living room/diner with television, comfy sofas and table and chairs. Fully fitted modern kitchen with all amenities- fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave. Separate utility/shower room with washing machine, sink and shower. On the first floor is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a family bathroom with his & hers sinks and a jacuzzi bath , as well as a large double bedroom. On the second floor is the master bedroom. This can also be rented as a family room, as it has a double sofa bed, as well as two singles (which can be joined to make a double). This room has an ensuite shower room and large outside terrace. Location of objectThe house is on a gated complex and there is a newly-refurbished communal swimming pool.Town: Spain, Torrevieja, Playa FlamencaPlaya Flamenca is a beautiful, typically Spanish town. It holds a market every Saturday in very close proximity to the house. This is great for fresh food, clothes, jewellery, home items and linens.Close-by is the beach, which is very popular with locals as well as tourists. It is a blue-flag beach. There are fantastic bars and restaurants just a 10 minute walk away, perfect for a quiet romantic evening, a family meal or a livelier night! Please ask for recommendations. The area is probably best known for it\'s world class golf courses, with Villamartin just a short journey away, as well as La Finca and Las Ramblas.
