Description of objectOur Waterfront Villa on Private Beach Sorrounded by Pine trees and Olive groves awaits you. Stay at our secluded, waterfront home, with a good amount of acreage around it and its own private beach and a magnificent view of the Aegean. Built on one of many terraces of the old olive tree grove that surround it has pathways through the terraces and a stairway which leads to the private beach. Our home is the only one with access to this beach. Our property starts from the local road meandering the shoreline, and reaches all the way to the crystal clear sea, with amazing views of the Aegean, surrounded by pine trees, lemon and orange and olive trees, on a terraced grounds that lead from the road to the beach through a series of pathways. It is situated in an exclusive area surrounded by other villas and large estates. Enjoy your privacy, but also be less than an hour from downtown Athens. The villa has a large and 2 smaller bedrooms & an enormous great room, an over-sized wrap around veranda, antique marble slate floors fireplace, sitting and dining room areas, terraced patios.Location of objectThe house is build in a traditional style, but with several modern elements, which make it very comfortable. It has a large bedroom and a smaller one and an enormous living room with high ceilings and antique marble floors, which extend to its oversized verandas.
