Our house is quietly situated while at the same being easily accessible.

We are 3 minutes car drive from Germany's main A3 motorway (Limburg-Süd exit) and the high-speed ICE train station (Limburg-Süd).

There is a bus stop virtually outside the door.

Limburg on the Lahn with its famous cathedral and medieval old city centre is a mere 3 kiometres away.
The picturesque town of Runkel with its historic castle is 6 just kilometres away.

There are countless possibilites for enjoyable outings and days-out. For example, how about a trip to the Rhine or Cologne. Or would you prefer to visit the stalectite caves and wildlife park near Weilburg?

Lindenholzhausen is a village just outside Limburg on the Lahn famous for its singing and choir festivals.

Lindenholzhausen is easily accessible with excellent transport connections.

We are in the Lahn valley between the Westerwald and Taunus forest regions, between Frankfurt/Main and Cologne, Koblenz and Gießen.

The village itself has ample facilities: banks, chemist's, baker's, post-office, supermarket, restaurants all within a few minutes walking distance.

Bike paths and plenty of relaxing walks.

There is even an natural spring!
