Description of objectThe apartment can be rent weekly (from Saturday or Sunday) or monthly and prizes change according to the season and number of persons.The apartment is on the second floor of a typical building dated beginning of the 20th century completely surrounded by olive and fruit- trees, located in a totally car-free zone. The apartment, renovated in 2008 is on two levels: on the first one 2 bed rooms one with a big bed and the other with a french size bed, a large living-room with the kitchen, a bathroom and a wide corridor. On the second floor: a bathroom, another small bedroom with a middle size bed and a beautiful terrace. It is very comfortable: it is equipped with fridge, tv, micro-wave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, towels and bed-linen, a totally furnished kitchen. It has a beautiful view over the sea and the “Golfo del Tigullio”. Location of objectBEACHESThe nearest beaches are in Santa Margherita (30 minutes walking on the pathway next to our flat, or 5/10 minutes by car or using the shuttle service from the village. The stretch of coast from Santa Margherita to Portofino is particulary charming, small beaches are easily reachable from the carway. Also in Camogli ( 10 mn. by car or with the shutlle service going right direction Genova) there is a nice stone beach sorrounded by the typical colourful ligurian houses. If you have children or you prefer larger beaches the best place is Lavagna and Cavi di Lavagna (from Rapallo going left La Spezia direction). Both the several furnished /beach concessions/ and the /free beaches/ can be found along several kilometres of beach. These beaches are very easy to reach: by train, that stops just next to the sea, in 15 mn from Santa Margherita or Rapallo or by car in 30 minutes. Between Rapallo and Chiavari there is Zoagli a small village with a beautiful promenade on the sea and beautifull water to bathe. Town: Italy, Tigullio, Santa Margherita LigureThe village of San Lorenzo della Costa is at 10 minutes walk on a panoramic country-road which can be run also by car.The parking place is in the village, but it’s often possible to park nearer the house too. In the village there is a food-store and some nice restaurants and a pizzeria. Santa Margherita Ligure can be reached by a foot-path next to the house in 20 minutes, and other paths for Portofino Peak, Portofino, Punta Chiappa are very close to the house as well. . San Lorenzo della Costa is connected by a daily bus- service to Santa Margherita , Rapallo, Camogli, Ruta, Recco and Genova . It takes 5 minutes by bus to reach Santa Margherita and Rapallo, just a little more for the other destinations.
