The holiday apartment building is located on the second floor of a new construction,includes an open living room with a sofa, television, DVD; dining room and is a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.The bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine The apartment is equipped with independent air conditioning, heating, Wifi, a iron and ironing board and the linen. Outside there is a spacious balcony with a sunbed.Car parking is available in front of the building and we also have a couple of bicycles that we are happy to rent if needed.

The flat is located in the small quiet village of Rovereto sulla Secchia, near the river Secchia.
It\\\'s recommended to arrive by car, as public buses do not run every hour.
The ideal season to visit is in the spring and autumn. During the summer, especially from the middle of June to the middle of September it can be very hot and quite humid.
Rovereto sulla Secchia is an ideal location to explore the surrounding countryside.
