Description of objectIl Mulino delle Capannacce nestles in the PierleValley under the gaze of Pierle Castle and it\'s medieval village.It is surrounded by a wide variety of deciduous trees and shrubs, it is well situated for anyone who enjoys a gentler pace wandering through abundant woodlands and meadows and discovering local Italian life. Il Mulino delle Capannacce is an Old Mill which has recently been restored and has been converted into three lovely apartments with the following facilities. The Old Mill is only 800 metres from Trattoria Mimmi\'s at Mercatale di Cortona The ground floor apartment \'La Loggia\' has a large living room with an open fireplace dating from 1853 -tv satellite ( CNN......), DVD,VCR , a large kitchen with dishwasher and dinning area , a communal washing machine, 2 double bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and an Al fresco dining area. The first floor apartment \'La Torretta\' has a kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, tv satellite and communal washing machine . There are also 1 double-room and 1 double room + 1 single beds ( family room), 2 bathrooms and an Al fresco dining area-patio. “Il Granaio” is an independent apartment next to the Mulino which has just been refurbished. It has a pretty kitchen with dishwasher and dinning area with a small fire-place and tv satellite ( BBC World, ...), a communal washing machine, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. Il Granaio can be rented independently or would be ideal for two people who want a little privacy with a cosy and relaxed atmosphere, whilst staying close to friends or family. Here in Mercatale, we have a \'Trattoria Mimmi\' and Mimmi\'s B&B which is only 800 metres from Il Mulino. Mimmi is in quiet location with the advantages of village life, also an open countryside behind the pool and garden area with excellent wiews of hills and the ruined of the Castle of Pierle. At Mimmi\'s B&B there are 3 double rooms, one family and one single room with ensuite facilities, which are spacious with big comfortable beds.
