Description of objectThe house is located 500m from the sea, within the town of Balchik, 35 km from Varna - the sea capital of Bulgaria with an international air, sea and land transport and 30 km from Dobrich – the administrative and economic center of Dobrudzha. The villa has two floors of 100 sqm, built in the authentic style of Balchik.
On the first floor are the equipped kitchen, the rest area with a fireplace, TV and a toilet. On the second floor are two bedrooms, with 2 and 3 beds, each with a separate bath, toilet and air conditioning. The guests of the house have at their disposal cable TV and 2 outdoor parking spaces. There are two separate areas in the garden for rest and having meals in good weather.
