The Resort is located in Avsallar, about 20km from Alanya,occupied by retired Swedes,Finland,Noorway,German,Austaria,Belgians, Dutchmen and Englishmen. It is one of the finest residences in Avsallar, with security and a gardener.

Located at approx. 5 minutes walk from the charming centre of Avsallar and at 15 minutes walk from the beach.

Avsallar is a holiday resort with fine sandy beaches. The many hotel complexes stimulated the region's development and resulted in a variety of shops and restaurants. But next to that, there are still nice green areas and woods with charming picnic places to enjoy nature.

Avsallar has excellent transport facilities tot Alanya and Antaly, where the airport is located, since the main coastal road runs right through the centre.

The Alara River runs trough Avsallar, at one of the banks lays one of Turkeys best kept Caravanserai: Alarahan, dating back from the 13th century.

İn the resort is an supermarket. The centre lies at 5 minutes walk, you can have dinner at one of the charming outdoor cafés.

Sun beds on the beach available at the charge of €2,5/day.
