We sublet our non-smoking home (but you can smoke in the garden :) 1 double bedroom. 1 kid's room (it's arranged as baby room with baby bed etc., but we can put in a queen-size airbed, or one-person airbed additionally). cat-hair free!!! 1 living room with dining table and fold-out sofa (Ikea, but very comfortable). fully equiped kitchen bathroom with bath tub 2 seperate toilets little garden private parking lot baby high-chair and lots of toys internet flat rate, telephone flat rate to 70 countries' land lines (list on demand). TV set, DVD washing mashine 8 min walk to the metro line 5 with direct access to Paris central train stations Gare du Nord (13min) and Gare de l'Est (12 min), to the Bastille and centre of Paris. all beds with duvee and linen 1 bottle of wine for the first dinner!
