Description of objectA' Nica is part of a typical Sicilian style building called 'Baglio' which dates back to the 19th century. It has just been tastefully renovated keeping the original stone walls and typical Sicilian flooring.The holiday home 'A'Nica' is on two floors: GROUND FLOOR: A large bedroom/family bedroom with a double bed (space for two single beds if needed), private bathroom, with a double shower, hairdryer and linen. The bright living room has a stylish library, and antique furniture (Carlo X e Luigi Filippo, from 1800s), a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a laundry and a small bathroom. FIRST FLOOR: A romantic double bedroom, private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer and linen. Access from the 1st floor to an outdoor terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and breathtaking countryside. A'Nica is airconditioned and all modern comforts have been included including internet facilities. OUTDOORS: A roof solarium, pefect for sunbathing and a terrace with an outdoor setting, a perfect spot to admire the views. There is also a pergola, garden and private car park at the front of the house and at the rear of the house, a private courtyard with a barbecue, umbrella, table and chairs. Every detail in the house has been carefully studied to make sure our guests have an unforgettable holiday. A perfect holiday home for 4-6 guests.
