Description of objectThe villa called “Camparbino”, in Boleto too, but in an area at side of the village, with splendidview of the lake, is available; it has a large garden complete with table, chairs and beach umbrella. When you are surrounded by plants, evening meal can be transformed in a magic moment rich in peace and quiet, or in a romantic and sensual one. There are large spaces in which you can leave your auto without dimming beauty of the surrounding view. This villa was derived from an old farmhouse in stone and, after an architectural targeted study, it was finished off and decorated with local stone and wood, so that it takes the characteristics of a remarkable farmhouse consisting of a well furnished and equipped living area, the lounge in which the double sofa-bed is located, from which you can enjoy a wide view of the lake below and surrounding mountains. At the lower floor, there is an additional single bedroom close to the bathroom complete with a large shower box finished with marble and stone. Location of objectHow to reach us:- From Genova/Torino take highway A26 and then take Borgomanero exit; - From Milano take highway A8 and take Arona exit.. From both exits go to Borgomanero\\\'s direction and take the SR 229 road to Gravellona Toce\\\'s direction; when you are in Gozzano go left to San Maurizio d\\\'Opaglio\\\'s direction and follow Madonna del Sasso\\\'s direction. Town: Italy, pirdmont, madonna del sassosuggestive panoramas and by ancient small villages that overlook clear waters of a romantic lake.The country: “Madonna del Sasso” is situated at the altitude of m. 696; it can be easily reached; the lake, that is only 5 km far from the country, offers the opportunity to play many sports: sailing, water skiing, golf, boat racing, windsurf, riding; near Mottarone, in “Val Sesia” and “Valli Ossolane” you can play alpine and cross-country skiing, trekking and mountain bike. Close to Madonna del Sasso, by the lake side, there is Pella, from which you can reach Orta and the “San Giulio” island. By boat service, you can perform trips, walks and to stop in delightful small beaches the lake offers you. “Madonna del Sasso”, not only gives its name to the town, it also is a destination of tourists who love nature and religious locations. The known sanctuary was built by the middle of the XVIII° century, in baroque style on a rock, the balcony of which overlooks the splendid and romantic Orta lake. This small town is a true gem for lovers of peace and quiet; it is few kilometres far from all services. The village of Boleto -where, in its old town centre, the small but remarkable suite is located- is enclosed in a quiet and peaceful environment, even during summer time. Close to the museum of stonecutters, and few minutes of walk from the sanctuary, and close to the only one shop of the village, there is the best spot to enjoy the view of Boleto and its happy, quiet and slow life. The atmosphere still is that of good old days; warmth and helpfulness of inhabitants really is unrivalled.
