Description of objectThis lovely 3 bedroom house offers a great view over a lake. It is extremely well located in the middle of Naples and it takes only about 10 minutes to downtown Naples.This house is very nicely furnished in a contemporary style. Enjoy this lovely house with your family or partner. 3 bedrooms are furnished with the following bedding: - master bedroom offers a king-size bed - guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed - second guest bedroom offers two twin beds All bedrooms offer a TV. This house is totally tiled throughout. There is no carpet in this beautiful home. It always is in a very mint and clean condition. The house offers a beautiful patio with a dining table and seats for six people. We also have three chaise lounges around the pool. Next to the covered lanai we have a gas BBQ grill where our guests can prepare their dinner. Enjoy this lovely house which we equipped very well. You will find a great kitchen with lots of dish, pots and pans. We offer a toaster, blender, coffee machine, dishwasher etc. The closets are full with towels for the bathrooms and the pool. There is no doubt - this house is a delight. Location of objectThe property is is located in a gated community close to shopping areas, golf courses, downtown Naples and the beach. The community where the house is located is called Briarwood.The vacation house is built in the middle of the community and far from the traffic of Livingston Road.
