Description of objectThis 4 bedroom vacation house offers two living rooms and 3 bedrooms. The house is in an excellent and mint condition.The living room is devided into a seating area and a formel dining area. From this living room you have an access to the master bedroom with its master bathroom. The elegant furnished master ensuite bedroom offers a king-size bed. The family room is next to the dining area. It offers a seating area and an entertainment center with a TV, stereo system, DVD player and a game cube. We also offer about 40-50 DVDs and games for the game cube. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is more than enough dish, pots and pans and even if you get guests there still will be enough dish in the cabinets. The kitchen offers a stove and oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. The three guest bedrooms of the vacation rental are fully tiled. One of these bedrooms is also built as an ensuite bedroom and offers a king-size bed. The other two guest bedrooms share one bathroom. The one bedroom offers a queen-size bed, the other one offers two single beds. The outside area offers is totally screened. The dining area with 6 chairs is located below the covered lanai. The pool and jacuzzi with the waterfalls can be heated on request. Of course we also offer lounge chaises. The back of the pool area is very beautiful landscaped. Our winter guests can enjoy oranges and pineapples. Of course there is a garage to use and a laundry next to the garage. The laundry offers a front loader washer and a dryer. We would be more than happy to welcome you in this beautiful vacation rental property. Location of objectThis vacation rental is very centrally located. It is about- 5 minutes to the next supermarket - 7 minutes to the Coastland Center Mall -11 minutes to downtown Naples -11 minutes to the beach All distances are written in 'driving minutes'.
