Description of objectThis luxury estate property offers 4 bedrooms.This high end property is a multi million dollar house with 2 living areas 4 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms 1 office/ den 1 kitchen with kitchen island 1 laundry room 1 garage The house offers one of the greatest pool areas with a gorgeous view overlooking a big lake with a fountain. Next to the pool is the jacuzzi located. The covered lanai offers a separate seating area PLUS a dining area. This beautiful landscaped area also offers an outside summer kitchen with a gas BBQ. The property offers 2 queen-size beds in the guest bedrooms and a king-size bed in the master bedroom. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. Of course the kitchen is very well equipped. We also offer plenty of towels. There is also an wifi internet access available for our guests. This house really is a delight to enjoy. For the reason that our tenants wish to get a cleaner in the middle of their stay or whenever requested we can offer a maid service for separate costs. Location of objectThe house is located in North Naples about 3 miles from I-75. It is located in a great golf community called Olde Cypress. It is also phantastic to visit the great zoological garden of Naples. Naples offers cinemas, theaters and a philharmony. The nature at Delnor Wiggins State Park is great. With a bit luck you can see wild turtles or dolphins. We ask for a damage deposit amounting to US $1000 - US $2000 (depends on the length of the stay and on the number of tenants).
