Description
The apartment is on the 6th floor of a 1970`s building and has a long balcony facing north with a 180-degree view of the city. The street facing the balcony is lined with old oak trees that reach up to 7th floor. There are three units per floor.
The apartment was fully refurbished by the host from the bare brickwork. The furniture is urban, comfortable and elegant. The ornaments are from Mexico and give the apartment a hip, latino vibe. All appliances are new and of good quality.
The concept is to offer an apartment that is user-friendly, elegant and hip. Not your average holiday apartment, rather a place that is your home away from home.
Location of object
Location Palermo Soho
Palermo Soho is a place that suits people with a young and outgoing spirit. It has undergone a process of gentrification and has become the place of residence for young urban couples, actors, artists, and people from the world of entertainment. International celebrities such as legendary film director Francis Ford Coppola own real estate here. If you are looking for a quiet place, Palermo Soho is not for you. The place is buzzing with activity all day and all night. It is common to find bars and restaurants open at 2 am any day of the week. You can have dinner quite late and then go shopping or to the hairdresser´s. Palermo Soho embodies the spirit of Buenos Aires, The queen of the River Plate.
