Description of objectApart Annelies is a new, modern holiday flat. It has one bedroom with king-size double bed and large wardrobe. The kitchen is completely furnished and equipped with dishwasher, cooker, electric kettle and coffee machine. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and satellite TV. The modern bathroom has a shower, WC and basin. Directly outside the flat is our large and beautiful garden. In the garden is a very nice sitting area in front of a lovely garden pond - the perfect place to have breakfast or afternoon tea. Pets are most welcome in Apart Annelies.

Or Kauns is simply the perfect place to wander in the snowy landscape, and has also a lot to offer for cross-country skiers and snow-shoe hikers. Summer: Not only walkers and hikers but also motor bikers and those who love adventure come to Kauns. Here is the best point of departure for hiking tours around the ‘Naturpark Kaunergrat’. Enjoy the beautiful views, wander along the countless mountain paths, explore the surrounding mountain passes or ride through the stunning Alpine landscape. The holiday package would include the Ski 6 ski pass (a Skipass which includes the ski regions Ladis-Fiss-Serfaus, Nauders, Kaunertaler Glacier, Venet and Fendels) or the Ski Gold ski pass (which includes the ski regions of Ischgl-Samnaun, Kaunertaler Glacier, Nauders and Fendels), or a ski pass for the Kaunertaler Glacier and Fendels and the accommodation in Apart Annelies. By request it is possible to send you some information about the different ski passes.
* In summer and early autumn we give our guests a free Summer Card for the Tiroler Oberland. Summer Card holders enjoy free admission to the lakes, the outdoor swimming pool, the Kaunertal indoor pool, the tennis courts, the mini golf facilities and the Alpine curling facilities. Also included are activity programmes for children, guided mountain bike tours incl. rental bikes, guided walks, and guided tours of traditional manufacturers, etc.
