Summer House is a villa situated on the beautiful beach of Cumbuco, a small fishing village 30 km from Fortaleza in Ceara state, famous for its beautiful dunes, lagoons and the amazing waterfront known for the practice of kitesurfing.

The context is that of Summerville, a prestigious waterfront Condominium with a guard services, sports center, swimming pool, sauna , tennis, football, surrounded by a landscaped garden.
Completed in 2010, affording breathtaking ocean views. Cumbuco is located in the state of Ceara in northeastern Brazil. It is a small, quiet, fishing village located 25 km north of Fortaleza, a 45-minute drive from International Airport.
