Description of object

An incredible renovated and furnished 3-bedroom village house in the village of Zaya, Dryanovo municipality, keeping the traditional Bulgarian style and offering coziness, taste, authentic atmosphere and beautiful views. Heating is provided by a central heating system connected to a wood-burning fireplace. Ecological way of water heating is provided by solar panels, mounted on the roof top. The house accommodates up to 6 guests.
Ground floor comprises:
- traditional tavern with a lot of original features, wood-burning fireplace, stone walls providing coolness in the summer, two big tables and benches suitable for parties, TV, immediate access to the patio;
- kitchen with base and eye level units, stove, hobs, cutlery, glasses, dishes;
- utility – fridge-freezer, washing machine, boiler heated by solar panels;
- shower room with toilet;
First floor:
- double bedroom (en suite);
- bedroom with twin beds (en suite);
- bedroom with two small double beds;
- sunny verandah with table and chairs;
- Bed linen, towels are supplied;
The garden area of 1500 sq.m is divided in two parts; offering drive-in parking, a shed with hammock, stone paved patio in front of the house.
The price for long term rent (1 month +) does not include water and electricity bills.
Short term rentals:
For short term rentals prices for the whole house vary according to the period of stay (minimum nights of stay: 2). Utility bills are included in the price:
- 50 EUR per night – for 2 nights
- 40 EUR per night – 3 to 6 nights
- 35 EUR per night – 7 to 13 nights
- 25 EUR per night – 14 to 25 nights
Deposit of 350 EUR for long term stays.

The guest house is situated about 5 min to the village centre.

15 km south of Veliko Tarnovo, the property has excellent location - just off the main road from Veliko Tarnovo to Dryanovo and Gabrovo. The area offers various possibilities for recreation – eco, rural and cultural tourism. It is part of an eco-trail, winding its way along the beautiful Dryanovo river.
