Location of objectThe house recently built, 2001, is a 3 bedroom luxury beach house located in Sant\'Andrea, near the Sabaudia\'s town center. The property is situated in a residential area and located with only a few minutes walk away from a 20 Km of white sandy beach, in the middle of the San Felice Circeo National Park. Supermarkets and all the main shops are five minute drive from Sabaudia. Restaurants are walking distance from the property. However, the area is very quiet and peaceful ideal for a relax family summer holiday. The house has his own private gardens, front and back, around 250 sqm.
