Description of objectThe villa which we offer is designed for 1-6 persons (it is possibility a stay for added person).Cost of stay , convert into day and night is from 42 Euro for the whole villa.In an area of 130 m2 is at visitors' disposal there are: 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a living room 3 terraces and a solarium On the ground floor there are: a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilette and a spacious living room with a fire place. In the living room is a sofa which can be an added place to sleep. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer, a microwave and a hotplate, a coffeemaker. On the first floor there are 2 rooms with 2 single beds and the second bathroom with a big bathtub. Each bedroom has got a terrace. Upstairs lover of sunbathing have got a solarium. You will be provided with bedding and towels for your stay.( Please take you own beach towels at the beach). There is a safe in which you can keep your passport and every valuable items. There is playground. Yard with locked turnstile can be safety place for kids plays. Close to the villa is situated a swimming pool which is designed for the visitors and inhabitants. Location of objectCosta Blanca ,that is ''the White coast'' , is one of the most beautiful region of Spain. It's here the warmest winter in Europe and the most temperate summer. The World Health Organization has published this part of Spain one of the healthiest on our continent.The biggest city in the neighbourhood is Torrevieja – city located between Murcia and Alicante which is famous for scenic and salty lagoon. It is at the distance from our villa about 7 minuten by car. To the next city Elche is about 40 minutes by car. Orihuela Costa with near places is a holiday resort and a tourist region. There are muddy lakes for persons who are ill with rheumatism and salty lakes for skin treatment. The local climate is conductive for people who suffer from heart disease and asthma. There are lovely sand beaches with crystal water: La Zenia, Campoamor, Playa De Regia, Cala Caleta, Playa Flamenca. Fans of water sport have got opportunity to scuba diving . There is here occasion to hang gliding and windsurfing. For children there are a aqua park in neighbourhood. For lovers of water this is a paradise and fans of sunbathing should be content. There are here world-class golf courses: Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Club de Golf Villamartin, Club de Golf La Ramblas. The nearest golf course is close to our villa, a few minutes on foot. Tourists who like white craze and skiing can go to the mountains(about 3 hours by car) to Sierra Naevada. They can admire wonderful landscape by doing winter sport. There are many locals, restaurants, pubs where you can relax and try Spanish cuisine and other.
