Description of objectThe holiday house “Miovic” is situated in a small fishermans village Molunat in one of the Most beautiful bays at the south Adriatic. The pretty cove, located approximately 30 minutes south from Dubrovnik, is dotted with Cypress trees and offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters in this enclosed bay. Enjoying its own microclimate, the bay offers pleasant weather conditions from very early to very late in the season. The distance to a beautiful beach only comes to 10 metres and is located in a magnificent atmosphere. For individuals in need of a rest, is this place particularly suitable. The house disposes of 4 apartments and 1 room. Each apartment has a kitchen with a living room, separate bed rooms with double beds, SAT/TV, shower, WC and a balcony. The price for the accommodation includes towels, bed linen without beach sheets, completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery as well as the consumption of electricity and water. There is also a house-owned parking place. Only for the guests of the owners a small restaurant leads, in which he predominantly uses biological and fresh indgredients. In the restaurant fish specialities, crustaceans and mussels are served as fish meals. Beside fish specialities, there is also a wide variety of other Dalmatian meals. To our guests we offer a possibility of transport from airport to apartment with surcharge If the guest is interested. Airport is 20 km from Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik can be reached in 35 minutes by car. (40 km distance). Cavtat can be reached by car in 15 minutes. From Molunat there are three daily bus lines to Dubrovnik, and five bus lines in direction of Cavtat. Untouched nature, excellent climate, clean air and exceptionally clean sea will make your holiday unforgetable.

Town: Croatia, Molunat (near Dubrovnik), MolunatMolunat is the only place at Konavle which is situated at the coast of the sea. That is the last populated village at the south of croatian Adriatic.
A small peninsula Rat which is covered with wood, separates Upper and Downer Molunat. Nearby there is a historical cementery, and in the village itself there are unexplored traces of buildings from Roman era. In Molunat there are two restaurans, one barbicue stall,coffie bar, the diving school and one shop for supplies.
