Description of objectThis lovely cottage is about 40 sqm and it is entirely covered from a big and secular carob tree.It is settled on an estate of 26,000 sqm., a large and secret garden paradise containing groves of olive, orange and lemon, with trees of pine, cypress and palm, fruit trees such as the mulberry and the lotus, the fig, the apricot and the banana … and not least our abundant vines. This quaint, no fuss furnished cottage, has everything you need for a great stay in Sicily. There's a double bedroom, a second loft bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a tiled bathroom with stand up shower. An added bonus for outdoor eating is the shaded terrace and a barbecue area where you can enjoy outdoor dining surrounded by nature. There is no air conditioning but in this place you will hardly feel the need for it! An Internet Wi-Fi connection is now available in the cottage and in the outdoor area. Sun loungers and canoes are provided for beach use, and a small sailing boat is available for the more adventurous. The area is very quiet and peaceful for most of the year, although in the summertime the beach attracts many visitors for its natural beauty, its soft sands and its safe bathing: this is Salinelle beach, among the most scenically beautiful of Cefalù. The proprietor, who lives on the estate, is very happy to meet all of your needs to ensure that your stay will be pleasant and relaxing! Location of objectSituated just 6 km from the historic centre of the charming, age-old Norman town of Cefalù, this Villa combines the natural scenic beauty and peacefulness of the countryside with direct access to the sea.During the high summer season the area – which attracts many visitors as do all of the fine beaches of Cefalù, offers a full array of enjoyable recreational activities, and the low season is a time to appreciate the peace and quiet of the countryside, which you will have all to yourselves. Within easy reach are a variety of sports facilities such as tennis, golf, horse-riding etc, located under 5 km away. At a large nearby hotel you can avail of a waterpark and a wellness centre. On the beach you can take on the more energetic sports of kite surfing or windsurfing, or you can take a short trip in a sailing boat like the Fly Junior or the Laser1, available to residents, or if you prefer there is the more relaxing option of a canoe trip to scout out the beautiful Cefalù coast. closer is the town of Lascari, at 2km distance. The area offers markets, pizzerias, restaurants, pubs, beach lidos, to mention just a few of the offerings available.
