Description of object

Comfortable, architect designed, all seasons house (200 m2) is built only from naturals, ecological materials and take advantage renewable sources of energies for heating.

It has emerged in foothold over 100 years old wood construction.

On the upper floor you can find 4 family bedrooms with bath/WC.

In every bedroom there is 2 double beds. In one room there is additional single bed.

On lower level (over 100m2) you can find full equiped kitchen (dish washer, freezer, fridge, microwave, oven, 4 ring ceramic stove) and livingroom.
Next to the kitchen can find additional toilet.

Evenings you can spend at chimney in convenient sofas.

Surely you will find place to dances too. You can use DVD/CD equipment for your entertainment.
During the day you can rent a bike and visit our beautifull neighberhood.

In fall-winter season we invite you for dry finnish sauna.

In year 2012 we built new buidling with professional squash court ASB.

If you want to taste real good polish delicacies, we can prepare pork or wild boar. Than you can eat fresh meat directly from the fire.

Location of object

Possession is placed on 1700 m2 hedged area on Pojezierze Lubuskie (Lebusland), rich of forests, lakes and mushrooms.
In close neighberhood you can take a ride in 'Rancho Gryzyna'. If you cannot ride, you may take britzka or sleds.

Our house was build in Gryzyna Landscape Park (Gryzynski Park Krajobrazowy).
Gryzyna belonged to Hohenzollern family before world war II.
Oak boulevards founded by them, are very characteristic for landscape of park.
Woods of Gryzyna Landscape Park are rich of wild animals (beavers, wild boars, deers, foxes, hares etc). It is possible to be sure during forest excursions.
Gryżyńskie Lake belongs to clearest and finely situated of areas.
At the lake, you can rest on clean beach, drink cold juice or beer at the bar and finally take a boat or kayak.

Lovers of military accessories can experience an unusual adventure in the Międzyrzecze Fortified Region, erected by the Third Reich, comparable to the Maginot Line. In the vicinity of the village of Lubrza an underground tourist route is opened for visitors.
A complex of wartime fortifications ordered by Hitler and built in 1934-38. Bunkers with steel tops are interconnected by underground corridors and form what is believed to be the longest defensive system worldwide. Guided tours are offered through the underground tunnels. Thanks to its microclimate, it has become a bat reserve, Nietoperek, that offers shelter to approximately 30,000 bats.

Additional Information

The Lebusland abounds in lakes and rivers, making together complete systems of exceptionally beautiful water routes. Hiking, cycling, riding and canoe tourism trails run through the national landscape parks with numerous agro tourist lodgings and foresters lodges.
Among small towns on lakes, excellent to take a rest and practise water sports, the most famous is miniature Łagów, with the castle covering the panorama of the neighbourhood and with its summer film festival.
