Mahmutlar is situated near by the famous and well-known holiday resort Alanya, exactly between the sea and the Taurus Mountains. It is an always developing but still calm and silent holiday resort surrounded by banana plantations and villages. It takes apprx. 15 minutes to reach Alanya by local bus.
Around the our building you can find everything you will need: shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, cake shops, local market, bazar, tennis court...even a nice small ancient city called Naula can be found on the northern part of Mahmutlar. If you walk further across the small villages and along the banana plantations, you can reach the foot of the Taurus Mountains.
