Amidst rolling hills, sheep farms and vineyards, the village is perfectly located for daily commutes or day trips to Rome (45 min.- 1 hr) yet far from the traffic, noise and pollution.The house is on 4 levels inside a walled, public courtyard and consists of: Sunny loft bedroom with double bed, skylight, rustic hardwood floors, TV, dvd player, large wardrobe and air conditioner. Sunny living area with Juliette balcony, more wardrobes, computer and sofa that can be converted into a double bed. Bathroom with shower. Bright kitchen with modern appliances (incl. washing machine), cozy fireplace and dining table seating 6. High ceilings making the house very airy, comfortable and modern. 3 individual and comfortable single cots for children or adult guests. Cantina (Basement) storage area/cold room and wood storage cubby under the outside stairs. Small front balcony for breakfast/growing herbs or basking in the sun. Use of wireless internet key included in the rental price (insurance and monthly internet package are not included and are to be paid by renter) Linens, towels, dishes and utensils provided. Possibility of using our car for a low monthly cost + insurance. Village life is good all year round with many local wine and food festivals, concerts, carnival, theater, art exhibitions, soccer, rugby, cycling, tennis.
