Description of objectThe apartment is composed of 1 Bedroom, Balcony, 1 bathroom, Closet, Independent kitchen.Rent (everything included): 70 ¤/day. 450 ¤/week. Only a few meters from the subway, A line, stop 'Colli Albani - Parco dell'Appia Antica”. The subway will quickly bring you to : San Giovanni, Stazione Termini, Piazza Barberini, Piazza di Spagna, San Pietro. While the 87 bus brings you in 15-20 minutes to San Giovanni in Laterano, the Colosseo, the Foro Romano, Piazza Venezia, Largo Argentina, the Trastevere. The 87 bus is a unique experience: with just 1 ¤ you can admire all the above places while sitting in the bus. Besides there is a night bus (n1) which connects you to/from downtown. The apartment is also very close to the Caffarella Park, great for biking (bikes to rent at the entrance of the park) among roman ruins. It has been completely renovated in 2005 and further freshened up in 2009 (parquet). All find it very cosy, comfortable and pretty. Giovanni, the owner, speaks also English and French and he is always available for any questions and suggestions (food, art, music and the like). Location of objectThere is a very short distance from the apartment to the Caffarella Park. The Caffarella Park is very pleasant for strolling, open air exercise (including running and cycling) or playing (for children).Three archaeological sites are within walking distance : Appia Antica, Parco delle tombe latine, Aqueduct Claudio (a number of movies have been shot here). In the neighbourhood there are a number of pizzerias and restaurants (roman cuisine) and a very good open air market as well. Therefore: From Termini station: take the subway, A Line(7 stops). From Tiburtina station: take the subway B line and get off at Termini (4 stops); from Termini take the subway A Line(7 stops). From Fiumicino Airport: take the local train and get off at Tuscolana station (it takes approximately half an hour); then walk 100 mt and get to 'Ponte Lungo' subway stop, A Line; from Ponte Lungo take the subway, A line, for 2 stops. From Ciampino airport: get on the COTRAL bus to 'Anagnina' (it takes approximately 20 minutes); from Anagnina take the subway, A Line (8 stops).
