Description of object

This lovely three bedroom apartment is located on the seafront in St Julians. This apartment overlooks the romantic bay of Spinola and also Malta's longest sea promenade that takes you all the way up to Sliema.

Please view the attached images to see the nice view there is from the balcony. The apartment is served by lift, is fully equipped, highly finished and furnished. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and a spacious kitchen dining living room with a balcony overlooking the sea.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, cooker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, all necessary cutlery and dishes.

In the living there is a nice sofa and television with satellite, therefore one has a variety of channels to choose from. In the apartment, you will also find fans in all the rooms, iron and ironing board, microwave oven and automatic washing machine.

It is very romantic to sit in the living room or on the balcony to enjoy dinner facing the sea and at the same time watch the sunset. The balcony is quite big and has a table with chairs.

• Please, note that the price in this website is for 2 people. Price for Extra guest is 10 euros per person.
• On arrival, we require a deposit against damages of €50 per person. The rest is refunded to the guests before they leave the apartment after property inspection.
• There is a National Environmental Contribution Tax of €0,50 per person per day (up to a maximum of Euro 5,00 per person per stay) that is also payable on arrival.
• The apartment can be used only for residential purposes.
• No smoking inside the flat.
• No pets.
• No parties, events or loud noise.

Utilities Consumption

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:
0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week
200 kWh per apartment per week
1 gas bottle per apartment per week

These consumption references for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.

If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption:
€0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water.

The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.

Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month.

Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).
