Location of objectOkrug Gornji is located on the western side of the island Ciovo traditional Dalmatian village in the center of the Dalmatian. It has a mild Mediterranean climate, dense subtropical and Mediterranean vegetation, an archipelago of picturesque little islands, uncountable little bays and beaches. Okrug is one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Croatia with its average yearly temp. of 17° C, during the summer periods (June – September) from 25 to 40° C, sea temp 20 – 25° C. There are a lot of restaurants and taverns in Okrug Gornji with a rich choice of original Dalmatian specialities. We offer day boat trips, rant a boat and rafting on river Cetina. The nearness of Trogir (3,5 km), which is under protection of UNESCO, offers the possibility to discover the 2800 year old center. You can enjoy there also the night life. You can make excursions from Ciovo to the waterfalls of the river Krka /National Park/ (60 km), to Split (33 km), rafting on river Cetina near Omi¨ (48 km)
