Description of objectThe Villa Blue Moon is decorated tastefully, pleasant und with high-value furniture. The Villa has a large solar/electric heated pool with a jacuzzi and waterfall which invites for relaxing and dreaming.Starting from the boat dock, which can also be used as a sun deck, you can explore per boat the canals and some pretty lakes. The house offers all thinkable comfort for up to 6 persons. It has a W-LAN highspeed Internet access, 3 x LCD HDTV TV, large gas powered barbecue with side burner, high quality outdoor furniture for 6 persons and 4 sunlongers on the pool area. Towels and beach towels are available in sufficient quantity, as well as all kind of dish, pot and pans. Living & Dining Area: The living and separate dining area is very spacious and furnished in a modern style. In the living area you will find a leather sofa, a 40' HD-flatscreen LCD TV, DVD payer and music center including wired surround sound with outside loudspeaker system. Very open floorplan, with pocket sliding doors from the living area to the screened exquisite designed pool area with jacuzzi and waterfall overlooking the freshwater canal. Bedrooms: The Villa Blue Moon has 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a King Size Bed and direct access through sliding doors to the pool area and to the master bath. The 2 guest rooms have Queen Size Beds and direct access to the guest bathroom. Bedding, towels and beach towels are available in sufficient quantity. The master bedroom and one of the guestrooms are equipped with a HDTV flatscreen TV. Kitchen: The kitchen with breakfast bar is integrated in an open floor plan and is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic stove top, oven and a big American style fridge with freezer, icemaker, water dispenser, as well as coffeemaker, double toaster, juicer and mixer. All kind of dish, pot and pans are available in sufficient quantity. Bathrooms: The master bath suite is designed in venetian style. The master bath has a walk through shower, centrally placed tube with jacuzzi, 2 washing stands and separate toilet. The gast bathroom is directly accessible from both guestrooms and has a shower bath, a large vanity and a separate toilet. Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdrayers. Den: The den is furnished with a desk and comfortable leather recliner. A highspeed W-LAN internet connection is available free of charge, as well as 3 cordless phones with answering machine and with free local calls. Laundry: In the laundry you will find clothes washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Outdoor facilities: The 120m² large with southern exposure lanai and pool area is paved and embedded in a tropical flair garden. The large pool is combined electrical and solar heated, with jacuzzi and waterfall. On the pool deck you will find a large gas powered barbecue with side burner, high quality outdoor furniture for 6 persons and 4 sunlongers on the pool area. The boat deck offers high quality outdoor cane suite furniture. Parking: Roomy double garage with electrical opener and remote control. Air conditioning: The house has a central air conditioning system. Entertainment equipment: 3 x HDTV, DVD-Payer (country code 0), hi-fi system, wired surround sound with outside loudspeaker system for the lanai. Telecommunication: The house is equipped with a highspeed W-LAN internet connection, as well as 3 cordless phones with answering machine and with free local calls. Other facilities: For your beach excursions you will find beach chairs, a parasol, cool box, air mattress and chrildren toys. Feel free to use the complete female and male golf club set, which are adequate for midrange handicappers. Furthermore there is an PC in the office for checking your e-mail account or enjoy the selection of movies on DVD (incl. childen's films). On request the children safety alarm at all sliders to the pool area can be switched on. In this friendly and quiet living residential area you will quickly feel comfortable and at home. In the neighbourhood there are many supermarkets, malls and restaurants fast and easy to reach. The villa Blue Moon is located close to the Palmetto Pine Golf Course. Further golf courses and tennis courts are reachable in only a few minutes.
