Description of objectthis house was built by the owners with wooden floors and ceilings and many windows with a great sense of light and space. Large living/kitchen area fully equipped, comfortable sofas,big open fire and long wooden dining table,three bedrooms one of which is the mezzanine off the living area accessed by steep staircase with 2 single beds and tv corner, two double bedrooms of which one with en-suite bathroom with shower,bath and toilet, a second bathroom with shower,toilet and bidet adjacent the second double bedroom.The house is very airy,light and spacious and has a large shaded patios in front with sofa,table and chairs and children's swings. Far from any roads the property is great for families and those who like secluded countryside and great views,and stands in a 18 acre plot with another smaller house 60mt down the hill. Cots,high chairs,paddling pools,car seats,are available. Shaded parking space. Car essential last km of road unsurfaced. Location of objectThe house is situated in the north east of Sardinia in the beautiful typical countryside full of granit rocks ,wild olives and oak trees.15 km from Cannigione in the Arzachena Gulf,25km from Porto Cervo,20km from Palau gateway to the Maddalena Arcipelago, 25km from Porto Pozzo windsurfer paradise.This area of the coast has countless wonderful beaches .35 km from Santa Teresa and the west coast with more secluded beaches and surfable waves.15 km from the charming village of San Pantaleo with its craft market and boutiques. On the road for Luogosanto in the area of the Capichera vineyard. the last km is a dirt road. In this area there are several archeological sites from the sardinian nuragic era. We normally only rent for a minimum of two weeks,however we would except bookings for a single week with an extra charge of 150 euro. Changeover day :Saturday. Arrival at 16.00 hrs, Departure at 10.00 hrs. 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival cash). A refundable security /damage deposit of 350 euro is required.
