Description of object'Diodati Villas' is a new complex of three wonderful and luxurious villas (maisonnetes) plus 3 separate appartments, with 3 private swimming pools, fully equipped, furnished with antiques and a breathtaking (more than 180degrees) view of the sea and the mountains across.Our website www.diodati.gr is currently under construction. Location of objectThe island of Lefkada, is one of the two in Greece that are accesible by car (as well as by sailboat - or by plane in the nearby airport (Aktion), 20min drive).The town of Lefkada, just in the entrance of the island, is easy to reach by car or bus (from various large cities (eg. Athens, Thessaloniki, Patra, e.t.c). Nikiana is just 10min drive away from the city of Lefkada (capital), on the east side of the island and also 10min away (following the same road) from Nidri village(famous for its nightlife). Just entering Nikiana village, there is a road on the right, (with signes to Alexandros and Karya Villages) and straight up, about 2km later lays 'Diodati Villas'.(Houses are also visible from the village). Town: Greece, Nikiana, NikianaHere, in Lefkada, in the midst of a mediterranean shrubby area with centuries-old olive and cypress trees towering over the sea, redolent of thyme, sage, arbutus bushes and mint, we have conceived our residential neighborhood. On the east side of the island, up on a mountain overlooking the sea, lays “Diodati”!It rises above the small town of Nikiana, dominating the entire gulf with breathtaking views, and surrounded by the unspoiled nature of native species, while the beach is just 2km away. In our rediscovery of old and genuine architectural traditions it has been our quest to offer our guests the possibility of feeling immersed in unspoiled nature, a place where they can enjoy a life-style of open-air sports, culture, and art, while discovering the typical traditions of Greece’s age-old history. Stone, wood, and tile are the natural materials used in what we may define as the architectural echo of the past.
