Description of objectThis modern house is located appr 500 meters from the beach and the lovely fish restaurants. The view is the most spectacular, with the Aegean Sea and the picturesque village of Yalikavak to the front and olive valleys on the back. This magnificent view can be enjoyed from four different patios and one balcony. There is a large garden (now taking form , wasnt when the pictures were taken) with peach tree, mandarin trees, olive trees, plenty of Bougainvillas, Jasmines, Japanese flowers and other beautiful plants. There will always be a seclude place to relax before having a swim in the swimming pool, also with splendid Sea view.
The villa has a full equipped open plan kitchen/dining with all modern appliances, which leads out to a large terrace with dining table, comfortable chairs and BBQ. By the kitchen is a living room with comfortable seatings by the flat TV with satellite channels. and a CD/DVD player. There are three bedrooms, two twin and one double, all with sea views. The master room leads out to a large balcony, which over looks the swimming pool. There are two fully tiled bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath and washing machine. The house boasts marble floors apart from two bedrooms which have wooden floors.
Location of objectThe house is located less than 5 minutes walk to the crystal clear Sea, and about 10 minutes walk to the luxurious new marina, where the Yalikavak village starts.
There is a lovely view over the Aegean sea in front of the house and olive valley on the side and back of house.
Town: Turkey, Bodrum Peninsula, YalikavakYalikavak is a lovely old fishing town with friendly and relaxed atmosphere. There are many restaurants around the picturesque harbour and the village hosts a large market every Thursday, with fruits, vegetables, clothes and local produce.
Yalikavak is surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery of the Bodrum Peninsula. The area is known for being the prettiest and most sophisticated resort on the Turkish coast. It is often called “St Tropez of Turkey” and attracts wealthy Turks as well as amongst others, the world-wide sailing community. The marina is only a coupe of years and has already gained good reputation and attracts many yachts to the harbour. There are shops, restaurants and an amphitheatre showing open air movies once a week.
