Description of objectThe house was built in 1609, and is situated with its back to the Mountain. There is a large dining kitchen, with a glassdoor, which lead to a lovely patio surrounded by 2.000 years old walls from Roman times. From the hall is a staircase to the 1st floor, where there is a large living room and 3 bedrooms, and an extremely nice marble bathroom. From the 1st floor leads a staircase carved in the rock up to 2 large terraces with panoramic views. Walking forward, a garden expansive itself with a fabulous view of a medieval castle on a hillside above, and further on the Mediterranean.
Location of objectThe house is situated in a car-free street. There is still, except for the Italian women's endless discussions on the tiny piazza outside. Merchant is 50 meters away, and the nearest restaurant 300 meters.
Town: Italy, Rome, CoriCori is a beautiful medieval city, which winds its way on a mountain in the edge of Monte Lupone. You can go by train to Rome from the neighboring town within half an hour. The same distance is to one of Italy's best and most beautiful beaches with white sand and a pleasant deep in the water, also for children.
The city has 10.000 inhabitants, as it has all the facilities and many good restaurants. That is the real Italy, here a little to the south. Prices for restaurant visits are pleasant and friendly people most kindly, if only you can find a few words in Italian ...
