Description of objectWonderful penthouse apartment with large lounge terrace and huge private roof terrace. The apartment has air conditioning/central heating, satellite TV, DVD/video, barbeque, safe and everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
The gardens are lush and very private and the pool is huge. There is a local bar nearby and it is only a short drive to a wider selection of bars, shops and restaurants. The beach at Riviera is lovely and there are wonderful beaches and bars along the whole stretch of the coast.
There are lots of sporting activities, such as tennis, horseriding, water sports etc and the home of the Spanish Derby 'The Hipodromo' has weekly horseracing and summer concerts.
And where else can you benefit from the 320 days of sunshine a year?
Location of objectRiviera del Sol is less than 30 minutes from Malaga Airport and is very easy to get to. It is located about half way between Fuengirola and Marbella and
Puerto Banus, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Mijas are between 15-25 minutes away by car. Seville, Granada, Alhambra, Ronda and many other superb attractions are an easy drive away.
Town: Spain, Mijas Costa, RIVIERA DEL SOLRiviera del Sol is close to La Cala de Mijas which is the nearest village. Both have nice beaches and a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants. La Cala has a good twice weekly market.
La Cala is a lively fishing village which has retained much of its culture. It has fantastic beaches which have EU Blue Flag Status for being the best and cleanest in the province and they have some great beach bars offering good food at reasonable prices.
