Description of objectThe apartments are air-conditioned, bright, clean and have balcony with sea view. Chairs and a table are available. It is run by the owners and their daughter with love and intimacy. The daughter speaks Greek, German, English and Serbian.On the 2 floors are 14 apartments with a great sea view. Enough parking space is available for your car or the rented car in the shade. The building is at a peaceful area without a lot of traffic and the children can play free with out danger. The owner regularly organizes grill evenings so the guests can get to know each other. A very nice choice for families as well as for pairs! The local baker comes every day, around 9:30 clock with his small van and the guests can have each morning on their terrace or balcony, breakfast overlooking the sea and the incredible beautiful bay. Town: Greece, Chalkidiki, PsakoudiaA beautiful bay, miles of powder-fine sand? beach and all the necessary shops such as baker, butcher, newsagent, international daily newspapers, cafes, souvenir shops, a silversmith invite you to stroll. There are many small taverns, waiting with the Greek courts, as well as fresh fish for you. A Lidl is easily accessible by car.
