Description of objectLa Casa - a beautifully presented 3 bedroom penthouse apartment with air conditioning sleeping 6 people comfortably with a huge terrace plus a 90 sqm solarium – which means unlimited sunbathing and stunning views over the Resort.The penthouse facilities are all that you would expect of luxury accommodation and include: 3 double Bedrooms all equipped with single beds that can be joined to form double beds, Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom luxuriously appointed with bath and shower and wardrobes, Bedrooms 2 and 3 - both equipped with 2 single beds and ample wardrobe space Separate shower room and WC. Living area - tastefully furnished for your comfort and equipped with TV and DVD Independent kitchen fitted with granite worktops, ceramic hob, electric oven and extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, toaster. Utility room with controls for the American vacuum system, washing machine, iron, ironing board and airer. 19 sqm terrace equipped for outside dining leading to the steps to the 90 sqm solarium with Pergola and also equipped for outside dining plus barbeque. La Casa is available all year round, whether for a family holiday, a long weekend of golf or a long weekend to escape from the British winter. We also welcome enquiries for long lets - just email us for details. Our rental prices include rental for up to 6 persons, all bed linen, bath and hand towels as well as kitchen towels. There is an additional cleaning and energy charge payable locally to our property manager on arrival. Location of objectLa Tercia is situated within rolling countryside and is only 15 minutes from the beach resorts of the Mar Menor and La Manga and 20 minutes from the beautiful cities of Medieval Murcia and Roman Cartagena or only 2.5 hours or so from Madrid or Granada.La Tercia Village can be found at the foot of the Sierra de Columbares (Natural Park) and this area is known as the 'garden of Europe' and it is a beautiful peaceful and picturesque area. The natural park in the Carrascoy Mountains is nearby and is ideal for those that enjoy walking and hiking and the spa town of Fortuna are not far away if you fancy a day being pampered. Shops can be found in nearby local towns and villages of Sucina and Balsicas as well as the local village of La Tercia which hosts a wine bar and a small supermarket. There is currently a Spar supermarket on site. The resort is also only 20 minutes away from Mediaeval Murcia with its grand Cathedral, the fantastic football stadium hosting local team Real Murcia and the fantastic shops of Nuevo Condominio. With all the facilities of the Mar Menor to hand - wonderful sandy beaches, water sports, as well as country pursuits - La Casa is an ideal base for all of your holiday requirements located within the province of Murcia in South East Spain. United Golf Resorts La Tercia is the beginning of the new UGR Golf Trail which will comprise a total of 72 holes, and is the first of its four developments and is set within the new golf valley of Murcia. There are numerous other accessible challenging golf courses within a 15 minute drive such as Roda golf, La Torre, Mar Menor, El Valle, Hacienda Riquelme and Peraleja Golf resort. Early October will see the completion of the Resort commercial centre and Casa Club House which will both host a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants to residents and guests to eat out locally. Also, within a short drive from La Tercia is the local Village of Sucina, which offers restaurants and bars. For a wider choice of restaurants any of the nearby coastal resorts can be visited including San Javier, Los Alcazares, Roldan, Torre Pacheco and of course Murcia itself.
