Description of objectDesigner renovated, 1 BR seaside apt on the 9th floor of a modern tower only 2 mins walk from the beautiful, sandy beaches of Armacao de Pera & a short(10 min)drive from the naturist & gay beaches of Praia Grande. It is also conveniently located a short walking distance from the lively bar & restaurant area of the town. The layout is a modern, open plan kit/din/liv area ideal for those who love to cook &/or entertain. The wenge finish kit is ultra functional & FF w/ stainless oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a vidro-ceramic cook top. There is also a coffee maker, toaster, elec indoor grill, & hand-mixer as well as a variety of cookware items and table settings for 6. The living area has a very comf sofa/bed (sleeps 2)& teak arm chairs. The shower-room is fully tiled in nat. poly-chrome slate & has sink, toilet & bidet, as well as elec BR & towel heaters. The bedand dbl room is with a full mirrored wardrobe, dbl bed, AC, & plenty of storage space. All the windows are high qual dbl glazed PVC, ideal for sound & thermal insulation. The apt faces NE, an advantage in the hot Algarve sun, so the flat is very bright all day but remains cool & requires little A/C. The floors throughout are stylish, matte grey, slate-look, low-maintenance ceramic. An in apt. washer, TV(local),DVD & stereo are also provided. 1 set of sheets, towels & beach towels are supplied & extra changes are avail at extra cost. Sorry, no pets please! This was originally designed as our full time summer home, so it is much more than just a standard beachside flat. We love it & hope you will too.

The apartment is on the 9th floor of the 14 floor Torre do Castello and has a lovely view over the town buildings to the sea and the hills beyond. The apt has a NE exposure and therefore remains cool during even the hottest days.
