Description of objectIf you prefer the sea of Versilia, Vacanze dai Parenti proposes a comfortable apartment in Viareggio, with private courtyard and small garden, a stone’s throw from pinewood and five minutes from the sea.
Location of objectThe accommodation has living and sleeping areas, and it presents lounge, kitchen in good condition, bathroom with shower, and three bedrooms: one double, one double room with big size beds, and one single. Every room has double-glazed windows, wardrobe and desk with chair. The biggest bedroom is equipped with a third single bed. The house, 75 square meters wide, can accommodate up to 6 people. It also has an exclusive courtyard with little garden, furnished with table and chairs to eat outdoors. Finally we provide our guests a washing room, where the boiler is placed and where two bicycles are available. The house is equipped with heating and air-conditioning; all kitchen supplies, hairdryer, TV, DVD player, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer are supplied as well. The holiday house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, about 700 meters far from the sea, reachable in a few minutes on foot, with a short walk that crosses the pinewood. With the bicycles that we supply, reaching the sea or the famous “Passeggiata” will be even faster and easier.
