The top floor could be used for extra guests as there are two pull out double sofas. This room however is used as a bar, coffee, or viewing room. The condo has 3 1/2 baths and has been recently renovated.
It is located in an area of Manzanillo that is walking distance to several great restaurants, movie theatre and shopping.
The condo has a swim up bar and huge pool with an elevated area with a jacuzzi and separate lounge pool for relaxing and watching the ocean.
