Description of objectThe roomy vacation home for up to nine persons is located in a calm housing area, it’s surrounded by a green garden.The house has an alltogether living space of 1720 square feet on two floors. From the hallway in the entry area, the fondly constructed living room can be entered. It’s arranged in mediterranean style with warm-coloured furniture. The chimney there lets you enjoy comfort and well being also in winter. The inviting terrace can be reached through the living room as from the house entry. The hallway leads also to an open kitchen, one of the four sleeping-rooms, a guest-WC and the stairs. Two further sleeping-rooms with one double bed each are located on the upper floor. Another living room can be found there, which, when needed, can be turned into another sleeping accommodation. An exclusive bathroom completes the arrangement of the second floor. The house is furthermore equipped with a complete built-in kitchen (comprising a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave with grill, a stove and a coffee maker) and additionally a washing machine. For your vehicles there’s a carport next to the house and further room in the entranceway. Shopping and service facilities can be found in the village, there are also some restaurants and cafes. The next supermarket is located about half a mile from the house The train station “Hoppegarten” can be reached in an 8 minute walk Location of objectThe summer cottage is about 18 kilometres away from the culture- and capital- city’s central Berlin in the middle of the verdant belt. The Brandenburg lake- and forest- area is popular as the green lung for cyclists and hiking nature lovers. Neuenhagen is a Spot in the S5 Region near by important long-distance roads and is linked to the public metropolitan and suburban commuter railway systems.Town: Germany, S-Bahn S5-Region, Neuenhagen b. BerlinNeuenhagen is a lovely little town nearby the german capital Berlin with roundabout 18000 inhabitants.If you come from the freeway “Berliner Ring / A10” you can take the departures “Berlin Hellersdorf” or “Berlin Hohenschönhausen” to get to “Neuenhagen bei Berlin”. From the city you can achieve the summer cottage from “Alexanderplatz” over the “B1/B5” towards “Mahlsdorf/Strausberg”. Nearby long distance train stations are “Berlin-Lichtenberg”, “Berlin Ostbahnhof” and „Berlin-Hauptbahnhof“.Ist easy to get to Neuenhagen from Berlin. You just need to take the S5 towards “Strausberg” or “Strausberg Nord”. Then you go straight until Hoppegarten. And from there its only 8 minutes until you get to the summer cottage.
