Description of objectDomus Acaia is a comfortable apartment (50 sq.mt) fully renewed and tastefully furnished with fine modern and ancient fittings, to offer guests elegance, comfort and convenience to visit the eternal city most interesting attractions.It is located a few steps away from S. John in Laterans, one of the four patriarchal basilicas in Rome, at the third floor of a 1940s building provided with lift. The apartment has a very warm atmosphere. It has an entrance that leads to a bright living-room with a big cosy sofa and an armchair, a dining area with open kitchen, a bedroom with a kingsize bed and closet and a bathroom with a large shower. The sofa is a comfortable high quality double sofa-bed. The kitchen has all modern fittings and it is fully equipped (microwave oven, oven, toaster, mixer, gas, fridge and freezer). The apartment is provided with television, washing machine, stereo with CD and MP3 player and radio, hair dryer, iron/iron board, air conditioning in the bedroom, books. Bed linen and blankets, bath towels and table linen are provided
Location of objectThe apartment is located few minutes from St. John in Lanteran Cathedral and the very famous via Appia shopping area on one side; on the other hand it is near the archeological area of Appia Antica with all its wonderful ruins and catacombs and the wonderful Caffarella park where it is possible to ride, enjoy beatiful walking or picnics. It is just 20 minutes away on foot from Terme di Caracalla, Colosseo and Circo Massimo. San Giovanni metro stop (line A) is just five minutes from the apartment and it allows to reach Spanish Steps or Saint Peter in approx. 20/25 mins. Furthermore we can provide you a car with driver to confortably discover Rome and its beautiful surroundings. San Giovanni area is full of shops, banks, restaurants, post offices, internet points; really a fantastic location for your unforgettable holiday in Rome and a way to enjoy the real Italian lyfe style!!
