Available from now, all bills and laundry included, WALKING DISTANCE to all LANGUAGE SCHOOLS A lovely large home with a very spacious terrace with beautiful views of St. Julians Bay and the sea. There is a huge lounge dining room leading on to the terrace. There is satellte T.V. and WiFi , as well a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and fridge - freezer. The kitchen also has lovely views and overlooks the terrace, where there is a nice second dining area outdooors, with a table and chairs. Laundry can be done for you, included. The location is a very quiet residential area, but within very easy walking distance of central St. Julians as well all shops, bus stops etc..
