Description of objectThe Villa, built on a mountain slope 100 m above sea level, in a field enclosed in olive-trees, features a panoramic view of the Messenian Gulf and of the western peninsula of Peloponnese, up to its south most point. Mani Tower Villa’s ideal location allows many excursions within Messenia but also to the neighboring region, Laconia, to be organized.
The TowerVilla integrates into this unique landscape, of clear beauty, with the architecture resembling the typology of traditional tower houses of Mani. Authentic paintings and unique, antique furniture complete the layout and reflect simplicity and harmony. The straight eye-contact with the sea and the magnificent view from every room of the Villa free your mind, giving the impression of a constant journey…
The Ground Floor comprises a big sitting room, one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a terrace, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. The couches can sleep up to four people. On the ground mezzanine is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with shower and an independent terrace.
The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen and two different dinning tables for up to 15 people. Also, there is the sitting area. The working area with the title-ranged bookcase, on the mezzanine of the sitting room, comprises a special area for study and cogitation. On the first floor mezzanine is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower.

Location of objectMani Tower Villa is located on the northwest side of the Mani Peninsula, in the south of Peloponnese, 14 km from Kalamata and 20 km from Kardamili. The nearest airport is the airport of Kalamata, with many charter and domestic flights throughout the year and, especially, during the summer period. The port of Patras, with ferry connections between Greece and Italy is 300 km away. Also, from Athens and its airport, the TowerVilla can be reached by car or bus in aprox. 3 hours.

Starting from the fortifications at Vergas, where, during the Greek War of Independence, the Maniots fought off the great army of Ibrahim Pasha, the Outer Mani (or Messenian Mani) extends up to the impressive town Oitylo. The landscape is here tamer, greener and more feminine than in the Lower or Inner Mani (or Laconian Mani). Fortified villages, Byzantine chapels, Frankish and Maniotic castles, bridges, paved roads and stone water fountains reveal the area’s unique traditional architecture, while picturesque bays, crystal-clear seas, steep canyons, imposing cypresses, silver green olive-trees, rich native flora and fauna integrate into the backbone of Mount Taygetus, creating an area of unique beauty.
