Description of objectThe holiday house was redecorated and furnished. The house is placed on a 750 square metre ground. On 165 square metre living space you find 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, one rustic kitchen including a homely dinette. Additional you find in the ground floor a noble living room equipped with a cockle stove and the entry to the great terrace which is orientated to the south. For relaxing you can use the own wellness area with sauna and whirlpool ( not in July and August)Due to the central location you can do beside hiking in the mountains and visiting the upper Bavarian lakes also traveling very easy to the Bavarian capital Munich. It`s a pleasure to support you by planning your trips. Enjoy this very nice area while hiking and cycling. Location of objectOsterwarngau is 10 km in the North of the Tegernsee. The town Osterwarngau is part of the commune Warngau, the gate to the Tegernsee valley. Munich is reachable in 20 Minutes by car. For visiting the October beer festival we recommend to go by train.Experience the Bavarian tradition while visiting the local events like setting up the maypole, town festival, Leonhardi horse riding and schnabler sledge race or just visit one of the numerous lake festivals. In the winter time the skiing region Spitzingsee and Sudelfeld are just 30 minutes away by car. With the first snow you can also use the cross country skiing run around Warngau. Town: Germany, Tegernsee, WarngauIn Warngau you find a bakery and some small shops for the day live.
