Description of objectAre you looking for a child-friendly accommodation? Do you want to bring your dogs too? Or are you looking for a house for a group (agility, youth, sport ...)?We have a great vacation house in Luxembourg, which we rent all year round. Plenty of space in the house and garden. Here your children can play safely. Dogs Safe outbreak outlet in the garden. Space for 12 people or more upon request. On the ground floor -a large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and whatever else you need for cooking. In the kitchen there is also a large dining table. For our little guests there is a play kitchen and a desk with coloring books and colors. -the living room with a sitting area, color satellite TV with German and international channels, a DVD player, board games. -dining room with large dining table and exit to the small wooden terrace and barbecue. -a small cozy reading corner equipped with children's books, romance novels, Mystery etc. On the first floor there are six bedrooms, two bathrooms and the swimming pool - 2 bedrooms with double bed. - 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds - 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and cot (140 x 70) - 1 bedroom with 3 bunk beds. A bathroom with tub and toilet. A bathroom with shower and toilet. In the lobby of the pool there is a treadmill and exercise bike. In the 2 floor is our large party room flooded with light. Here you can celebrate great family events or otherwise. The room has a kitchenette with refrigerator and sink, 2 large tables and four benches. From here you get to the large terrace and garden. A Playstation with games and table football are available for rainy days. Outdoors The two terraces are equipped with garden furniture. The property is fenced with a 2m high fence and therefore offers a great play area for children and dogs. The garden is a swing and a tree house. For dogs, there is an extra large 'dog kennel'. The garden is not accessible by road, thus offering no threat to children and pets. Location of objectOur house is located in the small idyllic village Wolwelange at the Belgian-Luxembourg border. This renovated farmhouse is situated on a quiet side street of the village. The National Park Upper Sure is a 10 minute drive or easily reachable by bus. Bus stop is located on site.Town: Luxemburg, Ardennen, WolwelangeOur cottage is located just 10 minutes from the lake. Here there are great places to swim (even dogs are allowed). The house is located near the National Park Upper Sure (Parc naturel de la Haute Sure). From swimming, sailing, canoe-drive you surely find an activity that everyone makes fun. Of course you can just relax and have a great picnic on the 'Rommwiss' . One can also travel by bus to the lake (Insenborn). The bus stop is 50m away from our house. The bus also travels to Luxembourg, Ettelbrück Redangewhere you can catch connecting lines. Or just start from the front door, a bike / hiking tour.
