METRO, buses and tram lines nearby: you are in ideal location for public transport.
The apartment was recently renovated and lovingly decorated with contemporary flair and is equipped with a range of modern amenities – to make you feel like home.

In the living room is a desk with COMPUTER, unlimited Internet + Wi-Fi, as well as LCD-TV with cable-TV, more than 100 international channels. DVD, CD, radios and books.
Relax after a long day in 9 sqm luxury bathroom with basin, separate shower, corner bath with starry sky and variable light effects. Hair dryer and sufficient towels to change are provided.
Bed linen is at your disposal.
A modern washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided.

The well groomed house is located downtown in the 5th centre district of Vienna (Margareten) in a more quiet and residential area.

Shopping street “Reinprechtsdorferstrasse” is only 350m away – and you reach the biggest and most popular shopping street of Vienna – “Mariahilferstrasse” straight with the tram in only 6 minutes.

You are in ideal location for public transport:
UNDERGROUND line U4 “Margaretengürtel” is approx. 300m away:
just 5 min to the OPERA, Karlsplatz, Kärntnerstrasse, Ringstrasse, Musikverein, Secession, Hotel Sacher etc.
Also only 5 min to Schönbrunn Palace and the Zoo (other direction).

The most popular 'WIENER NASCHMARKT' is only 3 min (or 10 min walk) - which is due to it’s rich culinary offerings popular among tourists and locals.
One stop further you find 'STADTPARK' and “'KURSALON', and after 3 minutes more you reach 'DONAUKANAL', the waterfront in the City with many trendy pubs and bars – as well as the 'BATHING BOAT' (Badeschiff), which is good fun for swimming and relaxing on hot days.
