Very special land marked villa for an acquired taste, built approximately 1914 by the famous architect Henry van de Velde. It is near to forest and near the city of Hagen. The house designed by Henry van de Velde has no rectangular or square rooms - you will find alcoves and jutties everywhere which are conveying and has a very special atmosphere to live in. It is ideal starting point for small expanded tours into the Ruhrgebiet or Sauerland at any time of the year.

It lies in a calm area at the Goldberg directly at the forest with a view over the city of Hagen. Designated hiking trails are directly nearby. The city is available within a walking distance of approximately 10 minutes. You find very different restaurants at walking distance. Very interesting museums, castles and other attractions are making sightseeing an experience.
