Description of objectA nice chalet in ElPalmar, just 150mtrs from the nice sandy beaches and the romantical beachbars. A supermarket, a pharmacy, a butcher and a fish-shop are to be found within 100mtrs. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, in the living-room you have a SAT-TV. There is an outdoor-shower and a barbecue. In the subtropical garden you can find some banana-plants an other flowering plants which give a carribean touch to the garden. From the huge roof-terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view at the ocean and also at the surrounding hills.
El Palmar is a superb surfing spot !

Usual takeover-time is after 16.00h, departure should be until 11.00h. Earlier arrival or later departure can be discussed with the owner.
